Event Photography
An Event Photographer is a great addition to any event or function, Eyecatchers Photography can capture the
glamour, excitement, and fun of your event whether it is small or large.
Whether you are having a themes dinner dance, a black tie ball, graduation days, charity ball, a school prom,
or maybe any other event that we have not mentioned, an event Photographer is a great way to add an extra sparkle and capturing those moments to your event.
If you are organising a Charity event, Booking an event photographer can help with your fund-raising. You may be having a prize draw on the night, Eyecatchers Photography will offer Complementary Portrait vouchers to your guests as prizes. Also there will be a % of our takings for the night towards your Charity.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Eyecatchers Photography provides free of charge to the organiser.
- Full Photography service. Formal studio portraits and / or informal relaxed images.
- Professional lab quality photos printed on the night.
(normally 6"x 9" but larger prints can be catered for BUT with no mount.)
- There is no obligation for the guests to buy any of the images.
HOW MUCH ARE THE PRINTS
The prints that we sell on the night are to a size of 6" x 9" which is displayed in a stylish mount. If any further reprints are required after the event, they can be ordered by phone.
The price for further reprints will be the same price as on the night, but there is an additional charge to cover postage.

HOW MUCH IS IT FOR EYECATCHERS PHOTOGRAPHY TO ATTEND THE EVENT
Eyecatchers Photography do not charge to attend your event. We make our income from selling prints at the
actual event. There is no minimum purchase or any obligation for the guests to buy any of the images.
We're confident that the images we create for the guests will be of a high quality and the guests will be
eager to buy. In short, if we don't provide a good service and quality images then we're not going to make
any money.
WHAT DO WE NEED
For the formal and/or informal relaxed images we will require a space about 4m x 4m to setup our studio and printing facilities. If space is limited we will do our best to fit in with the space available.
Our normal backdrop is white for high key portrait photographs. We would also need a table for our printer and also access to a standard 240v electrical power supply.
